Old Rag & Corbin Hollow Trail Hike

My first Trail Patrol. I chose to do a hike from the parking area at Old Rag Mountain up Weakly Hollow Fire Road to the Corbin Hollow Trail. Then traveled down the Old Rag Fire Road until reaching the Old Rag Shelter.
This fireplace is found before even reaching the Old Rag Mountain trail head. If you don't look about while hiking up the paved road toward the trail, you'll miss this one.
An interesting cascade and the remnants of a cabin right along the side of Corbin Hollow Trail. The stone fireplace has fallen into the house, but other hikers have placed the steel door in front of the foundation.

A couple of items left behind from when the local inhabitants were removed from the hollow when creating the park. A porcelain covered steel bowl and a steel wash tub found off trail.
